Pleasant Valley
The Pleasant Valley neighborhood has recently transformed as the Oracle campus, apartments, retail, and restaurants have popped up along the south side of the Colorado River, East of Interstate 35. The Pleasant Valley neighborhood includes Riverside Golf Course, a local municipal golf course, and a Disc Golf Course.
