Bound by 51st Street to the south and Highway 290 to the north, Windsor Park is among the most rapidly changing neighborhoods in the city. Credit (or blame) the redevelopment of nearby Mueller, which has given Windsor Park residents access to their first major grocery store (H-E-B), big-box stores and chain restaurants.
